According to studies those who sleep less than 7 hours are three times more frequent than those who sleep longer, say U.S. researchers from the University of Carnegie-Mellon in Pittsburgh

With the results of their research they have already confirmed the widespread, but still proved insufficient they believe that a good night recreation is important for normal functioning of the immune system.

"People who sleep less than 7 hours have a weakened immunity and they often suffer from respiratory diseases. Although the dependence of the immune system on sleep has not yet been precisely established. This study is defined as the first witness to the fact that even the least disturbance of the sleep can affect how the body will react to a possible viral infection.
