I Feel Afraid, Without Knowing the Reason for it

For nearly a year now I've been hearing, sensing and seeing strange things around me.

It all started after my grandmother passed away. She tried to contact me, it seems. She was moving objects around, I had dreams of her often, I still do. I feel a presence around me when I'm alone. I think I even felt her touch a few times. A chill and slight breeze. I see shadows and hear strange muffled sounds. I've felt fear without knowing the reason for it.

At one point I thought I was strange. At times when I've been extremely focused in school I've been able to see the aura of the teacher when she's at the board explaining things. It's happened more than once, many times. I hear strange things. I feel tense when I'm alone or in a very large group of people.
