Dependencies of the mystery in Georgia have their very own shadowy colleague. In the Supreme Court building in Tbilisi the post has been wandering for several weeks.
First, the ghost was spotted by the guards of the court. However other officials say they are seeing a phantom, reports a Russian website.
In order to establish exactly what is happening in the building, the chairman of the court ordered officers to perform night duties. Under certain assumptions, the spirit is the Soviet Minister of Finance, Iuza Kobahidze. He was arrested on October 11th, 1979 for bribes and was shot.
This is not the first case in which a ghost has attacked the government office of Georgia. In the spring of last year an apparition appeared in the prison in Tbilisi.
The prison was built on a former psychiatric hospital.
