Value what is beautiful
Find something beautiful and truly appreciate it. Beauty is all around us, from the morning dew to the stars in the heavens. Often in our hectic lives we miss out on all the beautiful things around us. No matter if it's the scent of the neighbor's flowers or the way the rain is coming down, we should value what is given to us because otherwise we would waste our lives in self-pity.
Tell yourself what you're grateful for
Make a list of everything you're grateful for. That way you'll change your vibrations from negative to positive. You won't regret what is passed, instead you'll be happy about what you have and what has made you into the good person that you are. You can begin your list with I'm alive! and expand it with everything good that's happened to you today.
Sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes. Breathe in and breathe out. Very often we are in a rush. We have no time and this leads to our consciousness falling into a state of anxiety and stress. Do something nice for a stranger
A good deed for a stranger will raise your vibrations enormously in a positive direction. This will change your thinking from "I have no time" to "I have plenty of time to help others".
Stop complaining and gossiping
Complaining and gossiping lower your vibrational level. Stop complaining and find something that brings you joy in life.
Simply relax and try to breathe deeper and longer. Relax. This will have a direct effect on your nervous system and help you loosen up. A calm vibration is a high vibration.
Do something you are afraid of
Fear prevents us from feeling love and happiness. If we overcome it, a whole new world of opportunities open up before us. Afraid of heights? Go and jump with a parachute. Fear of speaking in public? Recite a poem in front of your coworkers. Try it and the results will be seen immediately.
