Diets for the Water Signs

The water signs are Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces. Representatives of these signs often have weight problems. The reason is the malfunctioning of their endocrine system, as well as problems related to the functioning of the numerous endocrine glands.

A "Mediterranean diet" is most suitable for Cancers. Cancers, if you want to lose weight, forget about meat, potatoes, pastries, cereals and carrots for a while. Green vegetables, as well as seafood, have a weight loss effect.

From these however, you must exclude salted, smoked and marinated seafood. When on the diet, add a few drops of lemon juice to your water or tea.

The diet for Scorpio is strictly individual and unique for this zodiac sign.


During the first day, eat 3 cups of yoghurt and drink as much water as you like. On the second day, drink 8 1/3 cups (2 L) of freshly squeezed apple juice and water as you like. On the third day, drink apple juice for the first half of the day and for the second half - a cup of warm water with 2 tablespoons of sorbitol (sold in pharmacies).

At night, place a rubber body warmer in the liver area. It is recommended to drink linden and mint tea. The next day, eat mostly oatmeal porridge or boiled vegetables.

The diet for Pisces contains only foods that their body needs. If you still have not learned to read your body's signs, then try the following diet for at least one week:

Healthy eating

Breakfast: 1 cup of grapefruit juice and 2 slices of toast with honey.

Lunch: Cabbage salad and a porridge of dried fruits with nuts, without sugar.

Dinner: Salad of beetroots and vegetables. You can eat a serving of boiled white fish every other day for dinner.

Drink no less than 12 1/2 cups (3 L) of liquids per day during the diet, and season all salads with olive oil.

It is advised for these zodiac sign representatives to have the status of their endocrine system analyzed before they go on the diet. You can do it yourself at home.

Take your temperature each morning. If, for the duration of 7 days, your temperature is below 100°F (36 °C) each day, do not decrease the amount of food you eat.

This is a sign that an organ has a problem and you must immediately seek medical attention. Eating many times per day in smaller amounts is exceptionally good for the water signs.
