So,I started to hang out with a not-so-old blonde woman and i dont really remember the other part.Later,she killed herself with some oranges and she gave me a half to eat,and I ate it.I felt something in my stomach while I was eating those.Later,I was in an old house with a girl i know from real life but i dont hang out with her or anything,she's blonde too and her mom.And after I saw her face,I saw in a wall writed ''Rebel ize'' with blood.

As mentioned in another post, you have an evil entity/entities hanging around you. They are trying to tempt you with sex, or maybe to do something bad to a woman. You need to ignore these attempts to get a rise out of you. Oranges are a symbol of immortality and wealth, but the meaning here may be "blood orange", which I'm sure you've heard of. Also, the whole "Adam and Eve" story. The spirit is tempting you with fruits he'd like to offer you. Do not accept, or it will make a shambles of your life and hereafter. "Rebel ize" is obvious, a play on "rebel eyes", or maybe "rebelize" as in, make you into a rebel. Evil spirits are the original rebels. Watch out!
