I am petrified of snakes

I am petrified of snakes, and i seem to dream about them frequently. I was in my parents old house, long sold. we were in the kitchen and 2 packages arrived. one contained a big brown and green snake that slithered throughout the dream. i kept looking for it and refusing to move from room to room for fear of it. the second snake was thin, yellow and green, like a ribbon. it did not slither but bounced off the wealls in an s- shape. it kept bouncing off the walls never making contact with the floor. I awoke frightened, and looking around.
