Sleep paralysis and feeling awful

Hi there.

I wanted to share with you what happened last night while I slept in my room. In my dream, which was casual and intermittent, I heard someone mention the devil and then I woke up but could not move nor cry, I felt a stranger near me.

Because I was facing the wall and did not see around the room, I was so afraid that I opened my eyes for just a moment and then closed them. 3 times I felt a strange vibration soil from my legs to my head, accompanied by a strange noise in the ears. It was some sort of tension and I felt that someone approached me and began to pray to God. I just kept praying and suddenly I felt everything was quiet and peaceful and jumped to turn on the light and looked around the room. I sat on the bed and began to cry out of fear, but something stopped me from waking up my parents, so I called my friend to talk to her and then I started crying even more. I must mention that before going to bed each night, I pray.

I read other threads here and related comments, some of whom advised to pray to God and to believe, but given that I do this every night, I do not know what happened . I would like to receive an answer and also I'm afraid to sleep alone.

Before I did not have a lack of energy, but it is like someone drank it, while I was sleeping. Please would someone tell me of it has happened to them, I read that some people with sleep paralysis even see and feel various creatures and shadows.
