Queen Nefertiti, from birth to her death bed

1370 B.C was the year that saw Queen Neferiti be born into the world. Her name translated from Egyptian means the beautiful on has come. A kingdom in Mesopotamia held a king and queen, (Tushratta and Juni). It is believed it was them to whom conceived Nefertiti.

Her parents gave to her a different name from which she was most commonly known in her adult hood and it was that of Tadukhipa, she also was risen to worship the sun through monotheistic Aryan religion teachings. Her father most likely sent his princess daughter at 12 years old to ancient Egypt as a present for the Pharaoh Amenhotep III. She would had become one of many young princesses to whom would born the king's heirs. However her fate proved to be of that; lets explore.

Shortly after her arrival in Egypt, the Pharaoh died and to Egyptian tradition this meant that all wife's must be sacrificed and buried with Amenhotep, however this was not the case for Nefertiti, she escaped by being married of to the son of the deceased Amenhotep IV. He went to declare his love for her and upon his Gods signing documents after documents and calling his new wife the queen of joy pleasing the Earth and Heavens. She maintains her sweet voice and most wonderful heart.

Borchardt a German archaeologist in 1912 came upon the reputed bust of Nefertiti, he secretly took it away with to Germany taking it the museum of Berlin. Egyptian authority however caused a stir and named it fatal damnation by Nafertiti and demanded it be returned. It still lays in the hands of the Berlin Museum today although it is believed that the bust will soon return back to its home.

She was described through paintings as a green eyed beauty, her eyes were lined full with black eye brows and given full lips, slim cheeks and a little perfect nose, her neck represented that of a swan and she was given a tiny petite figure.

She was not all natural, she soon picked tricks up to give herself more beauty, such as dying her hair, bathing in sea salt and massaging the oils of aroma into her skin. She would dress her hair with wigs and braids, and wear shear linen dresses and glamorous jewelry.

Having been highly skilled in the power of persuasion her experience lay within the politics area. She powered her husband into convincing his ancestries to worship her religion, Aton, the one God the God of the sun. To please this newly found God Anton Amenhotep IV changed his name to Akhenaten and went on to construct Akhetaton, the new capitol city in the Sahara. Nafertiti was soon to be presented to her people as the joint ruler of the city. On her say so priests from the old religion were persecuted and ancient temples were destroyed.

She allowed her people to believe that rain of golden coins she dropped from her balcony every morning was that of a gift from Aton, one of her many persuasive tellings. Her people were known to listen to this hypnotizing Queen with open mouths during her speeches. Although publicly she was triumphant, personal life was to be the same for this Queen.

She gave her husband six daughters failing to give a son on her sixth Akhenaten took the decision for a new wife. From here he was given Tutankhamen a baby boy from his new younger wife Kiya. The new generation was safe for XVIII dynasty. It was not such a happy occasion for his previous Queen who had to live on the outside of the city raising his heir to the throne. One year later however he summoned her back to the Palace as he missed her so much. Fate showed different as it seemed they were not meant to live together.

At the age of 40 Akhenaten became blind and was laid to rest. It was exiled priests that provoked his death on uniting and rioting as one. Nefertiti then was merely 35 years of age, and she was some short time after also killed to her death bed. Laid to rest rebellions robbed her tomb and disfigured her body, destroyed the temples of Aton and basically got rid of all evidence of the royal family.

However in 2003, Dr. Joann Fletcher a British archaeologist reveals she in fact has uncovered the mummy of this queen Nefertiti. After careful reviewing and scanning it was said that yes in fact this mummified figure does in fact resemble that of Nefertiti from past sculptures.
