Dedicated to the great Egyptian Hermes Trismegistus, who lived several thousand years before Christ, and is considered the founder of all major modern science. In his work Kibalion is described first of the seven hermetic principles: we live and move in the mind of God, we are part of dreams, meditation, and the Supreme Mind.
Over 50 years of the 20th century, such a thesis is protected by the famous physicists from London University, neurologist David Bohm and Karl Pribram. The world according to them is a giant hologram, designed by a higher dimension and we are moving into something like a dream.
In the Book of Wisdom by Don Miguel Ruiz, he tells the story of a man who seeks knowledge of the ancients. This was 3, 000 years ago. The man wanted to become a healer and one night dreamed a dream in which he saw his body raise. He said: "I am made of light, I am made of stars ... Everything is made of light". Several thousand years later in the book "Journey to Ikstlan" the teacher Don Juan Carlos Castaneda teaches that dreams are as real as waking life. And he continues: "If you need to compare things, I can even say that the dream is real. In the dream you have strength, you can change the things, you can find countless secrets, and do whatever you want".
Conscious dreaming is the foundation of the Buddhist practice called Yoga, the state of dreaming, which is known and dates back at least a thousand years ago. For this practice one is still talking to "The Tibetan Book of the Dead." For distribution of this type of yoga one is considered to be a Buddhist teacher, Padmasambhava, who comes from about the 8th century, which in turn receives a mysterious Afghan technique of a master called Lavapa. Tibetan methods in dreams are passed down from generation to generation until today. There is also a script "Yoga of the state of dreaming'', which is composed of about 16 centuries and describes mainly meditation and breathing techniques to induce during a conscious dream.
His Holiness the 14 Dalai Lama says the following about the awakening of the sleeping body and its relationship to spiritual progress: "It is said that there is a link between dreaming, on the one hand, and coarse levels of the body of another". But it says that there is a 'special' state of dreaming. In this trance state body is created by our consciousness and vital energy of prana. This particular trance body can be completely separated from the physical to travel elsewhere.
