Often, even if we are true realists and everything around us seems to be okay, ultimately, things fall into chaos sooner or later. If this happens to you frequently, it not only means that you have no luck but also that you are an attractive force of negative energy. This energy is expressed in the form of unsuitable people, situations or feelings that inevitably have a negative impact on your being.
Many individuals are unfamiliar with this negative energy. It is powerful and intelligent and adept at hiding itself. Often it acts as though inborn and is rarely questioned. To determine whether you possess it at all and to what extent, ask yourself the following questions:
- Do you complain and if so, how often?
- Do you often blame others?
- Do you feel that you have no control over the events in your life?
- Do you ofttimes criticize the world around you (bad weather, bad living conditions, bad governance)?
- Do you feel that you are the victim of another person's actions?
- Do disasters and dramas follow you everywhere you go?
- Are you thankful for the life you are living or do you believe that you'll be thankful once everything falls into place, in your view?
If in your answers you find that you're only thankful when things of your highest expectations take place, then that means that you're negatively charged. Feeling thankful means being positive and is a surefire invitation of positive energy.
If you see yourself as a victim and believe that only bad things will happen to you, then they surely will. When you find yourself in favorable conditions, it is because you have earned them through your hard work and obligations.
You can't blame outside factors and other people for some things, while collecting all the credit for other things. Each person creates their own circumstances, benefits and shortcomings.
If you answered the questions mainly in a negative fashion, then negative energy is present within you and it will only build up if you do not act.
To get rid of the negative energy, first you must realize that when you think everything is someone else's fault, you will suffer a lot. When you realize that everything springs only from yourself, you will learn both peace and joy (Dalai Lama).
Change your point of view and look at the world and events so that you can see that it can be a good place instead of always thinking that something bad will happen. Try it and see how fast you will see unbelievable results.
Leave the past behind you. Substitute realistic thinking with intuitive. Build events with a positive outcome in order to attract the same in life. When you choose positive energy, it will draw events similar to it, since similar things attract.
