How to deal with insomnia

Green tea and a chocolate candy will also be helpful if insomnia is still chronic. A decoction of mint soothes, dilates blood vessels and improves the functioning of the nervous system.

If you have trouble falling asleep because you are overloaded during the day, drink a celery potion before bedtime. Cut a handful of celery leaves, Pour in boiling water, leave to brew for half an hour, strain and drink three times a day. The last intake of the drink is the first sleep.
