Dreaming nightmares, gets rid of unnecessary information that we have accumulated during the day, Canadian scientists are convinced.

According to these terrible dreams, they are not only not harmful, but beneficial to the nervous system. They calculated that children from ages 3 to 8 years dream of nightmares more than adults do throughout their lives! This is due to the fact that kids accumulate a lot of information about the world in a short space of time so, the brain cleans the memory at night and makes space for what they considered to be important.

Typically, the scenario of nightmarish dreams, is roughly the same in children and adults: running from pursuers, falling from a height, wandering through the labyrinths. However, adults often dream of funerals of their relatives. This, according to most psychologists, means simply the usual concern for the health of loved ones, but not a dream, which means their loved ones will experience death.
