Analysis by scientist Mark Hamilton from the University of Connecticut has reached the conclusion that 5 of the zodiac signs in astrology have the greatest chances for fame. The results were analyzed after a wide study.

Surveys show that one third of the people around the world believe astrologers and show regular interest in horoscope predictions. For some, astrological predictions are complete nonsense but Hamilton's study claims the exact opposite.

He carried out a massive study to find whether or not there was a connection between a person's character, their fate and their zodiac sign. He juxtaposed prominent figures of culture and science, looking for similarities in their birth dates.

The study came to the conclusion that the greatest number of celebrities were born under the star signs of Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, Pisces and Aries. Astrologers agree with the findings, describing these signs as the people with the highest level of creativity and richest imagination.

Based on these indicators, the signs of Taurus, Leo and Scorpio end up at the bottom of the list, whose representatives display the least uniqueness and tendency toward creative thinking.

Hamilton intends to solidify his theory by expanding the range of his study, studying the birth dates of people born in the past 3000 years.

Similar conclusions were also made by Russian scientist Evgeny Vinogradov, whose research showed that the most talented people were born during winter and the beginning of spring.

Vinogradov studied the natal charts of well-known artists, poets, writers, scientists, examining more than 20 000 people, studying the biographies of 757 Nobel laureates from 61 countries.

According to this research, the peak of geniuses being born is during February, while the plunge is during August. Vinogradov adds that this correlation might be due to the solar flares that are strongest from January to April.

He believes that the increased solar activity might have some influence on the newborn, giving them a bigger boost toward development.
