It is impossible to interpret a dream without knowing all the details.If you do that, it means you are giving meaning to the octopus and not the entirety of the dream. What if you dream the octopus chasing someone else, why then must it be solely about you.It may be that your concerns about a person reveals to you something about that person's life and not necessarily something happenning to you. The fact that there are so many possible meanings inherintly implies that there is a common theme, not good, not bad, with no specific meaning, but when details of the dream are given, then and only then will the true meaning be revealed.
