Heaven

The American doctor Eben Alexander described Heaven in great detail after waking from a 7 day coma.

Eben is a professor at Harvard Medical School in the United States and is among the most well-respected neurosurgeons in the country. At the end of 2008, the doctor fell ill from meningitis and fell into a coma for 7 days.

According to his own words, he was a guest of Heaven during that period. Eben described that he was in a place filled with white-pink clouds, which floated in a black-blue sky.

Afterlife

A woman had appeared in front of the doctor, whose eyes were filled with love; but a very different type than that of physical human love.

Bright and ghostly beings flew in the air all around Eben and the woman, leaving long lines after their passing. A sound similar to falling rain was heard throughout the entire time.

The lady explained to the doctor that he must return to Earth and pass on the information of what Heaven really is. Before leaving that dimension, Eben claimed that the woman passed on to him 3 messages, which he must not forget: "You are loved and valued, " "Fear nothing, " and "Nothing that you do can make you a sinner."

Fortune

Eben Alexander himself was highly doubtful of that which he had witnessed, that it might be a product of his imagination. Being a neurosurgeon before falling into a coma, he was highly skeptical of the existence of God and an afterlife.

Today, the American surgeon asserts that Heaven is a real, existing dimension and that a person's death is not the end of their existence but only a transition.

Eben's recovery is defined as a medical miracle. Many scientists remain skeptical of the doctor's story. Some of them published a comparative analysis between Eben's narrative and essays written on the popular site Erowid.org.

According to this analysis, a journey into the afterlife is a result of the human imagination, influenced by psychotropic substances.

Eben Alexander's story has been published in Newsweek. A few months later, the doctor wrote a book called "Proof of Heaven: A Neurosurgeon's Journey into the Afterlife."
