Dreams

There are many ways to make your dreams brighter and more significant. Such dreams carry more information in them and are easier to remember. To do this, so-called dream catalysts are used.

A dream catalyst is also the preparation of the area for sleep, physical exercises, as well as the time of falling asleep. In Eastern cultures, the passage of time is seen as a closed process, which is nonlinear, in contrast to the Western conception of a linear flow of time.

In traditional Chinese medicine, a day is divided into equal 2-hour sections of time, which are linked to the activity of certain organs in the body.

According to Chinese medicine, the time period from 11 PM to 1 AM is the time of our gallbladder. Most people have their first dream during that time.

If you breathe in the aroma of an herbal tea before bed, this will attune your body to the balance of the natural rhythms of the universe. Whenever it is in unison with the universal rhythms, our dreams become more impressive and clearer.

When going to bed between 11 PM to 1 AM, rub your temples with your fingers just a little above the ears. This will further stimulate this organ with an extra dose of energy.

Sleeping

Take notice of the time when you fall asleep and activate the points of the corresponding meridian, linked with the specific organ of the body. This way you will empower your dreams.

If you go to bed between 9 PM and 11 PM, gently massage the area behind the ears, this is the time of general stimulation. If you fall asleep between 1 AM and 3 AM, gently massage your stomach on the right - this is the time of your liver.

If you fall asleep between 3 and 5 AM, massage the depressions between the upper ribs and the shoulders - the time of the lungs. The time between 5 and 7 AM is the time of the large intestine, so massage the muscles between the thumbs and index fingers of your hands.

7 to 9 AM is the time of stomach. Lightly tap your fingertips under your eyes. 9 to 11 AM is the time of the spleen - lightly massage the area it is found in.

11 AM to 1 PM is the time of the heart - massage your armpits. 1 PM to 3 PM is the time of the small intestines - press down intensively on the bases of the pinkies of your hands on the outer side.

3 PM to 5 PM is the time of the bladder - massage the area between your nose and the inner lids of your eyes. 5 PM to 7 PM is the time of the kidneys - rub the center of your feet.

7 PM to 9 PM is the time of the pericardium - massage the middle fingers of your hands.
